  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.
  3. Shipping the Return:
    • Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
    • Include the RMA number inside the package.
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds
